# Shift Supervisor

Breng focus en leiderschap in de productie van de toekomst! Functie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van jouw shift en geeft leiding aan een team van 15 tot 20 operatoren. Je vertaalt de prioriteiten en KPI’s van de Area Manager naar concrete acties op de werkvloer en zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan. Je bewaakt de veiligheid, orde en netheid en zorgt dat kwaliteitsnormen in jouw shift worden nageleefd. Je lost operationele problemen zelfstandig op, maar weet complexe zaken tijdig te escaleren naar de Area Manager of ondersteunende diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met Maintenance, Process Engineering en de Training Coördinator om de productie efficiënt en veilig te laten verlopen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Area Manager en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar de andere shifts. Profiel Technisch Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, waarbij leidinggevende ervaring een must is. Kennis van rubber- of epoxy-injectietechnieken is een troef, geen must.
