This role will support the day-to-day execution of supply chain activities, with primary responsibilities for order management, intercompany transactions, and transportation coordination. This role is being created as part of the new department creation IBP & Internal Sourcing within Supply Chain Function..\nGETTING TO KNOW THE POSITION\nThe role serves as an important link between Supply Chain and the Commercial team by monitoring customer orders, identifying changes or potential delays, and providing timely and accurate updates so Commercial teams can proactively communicate with customers and improve the overall customer service experience.\nThe Supply Chain Associate also processes intercompany transactions in SAP and coordinates transportation of materials and products between company plants and inbound from suppliers.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong follow-through, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities across Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, Commercial, suppliers, carriers, and other internal teams.\nHOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT\nOrder Management & Commercial Support\nMonitor customer orders from entry through production, shipment, and delivery, ensuring dates and information remain accurate.\nFollow up with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other teams to identify and resolve order delays, shortages, and other issues.\nProvide timely order-status updates to the Commercial team and escalate risks to customer commitments.\nMaintain accurate order information in SAP and support continuous improvement of order visibility and customer service\nIntercompany Transactions\nProcess and monitor intercompany orders, stock transfers, deliveries, and related SAP transactions between plants and legal entities.\nCoordinate with supplying and receiving plants to ensure transactions and shipments are completed on time.\nMonitor open transactions, investigate routine discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate documentation and escalate significant transactional, inventory, financial, or system issues\nTransportation Coordination\nCoordinate inbound supplier and interplant transportation of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.\nArrange and monitor shipments with approved carriers, ensuring pickup and delivery requirements are met.\nFollow up on delayed or missed shipments and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.\nCommunicate transportation risks that may impact production or customer commitments and support expedited shipments when required.\nSAP & Transactional Support\nExecute routine supply chain transactions accurately and in a timely manner in SAP and other applicable systems.\nMaintain accurate order, delivery, shipment, and transportation information and identify missing or incorrect data.\nInvestigate routine transactional issues and coordinate corrections in line with established processes and controls.\nSupport month-end activities by ensuring outstanding transactions are completed or appropriately identified.\nReporting & Operational Follow-Up\nMaintain routine reports and trackers covering customer orders, intercompany transactions, shipments, and transportation exceptions.\nHighlight past-due orders, upcoming commitments, delays, and other items requiring attention.\nProvide regular status updates and basic KPI reporting to Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders.\nIdentify recurring issues and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE ?\nCollege diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.\n0-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, transportation, customer service, purchasing, or manufacturing.\nExperience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.\nBasic understanding of order-to-delivery and supply chain processes.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong follow-up and problem-solving skills.\nClear and professional written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset.\nWHY WORK WITH US?\nInteresting and varied work in an international, dynamic and multidisciplinary environment\nAs a group, we believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential, that's why we're committed to providing you with a range of internal mobility opportunities for professional and personal development\nComprehensive benefits package including flexible dental/healthcare/vision options, a competitive Company matched Defined Contribution Plan, additional voluntary retirement fund options\nRequests for accommodation due to a disability (which may be visible or invisible, temporary or permanent) can be made at any stage of application and employment.
