In this role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring efficient material flows, reliable production planning, and outstanding service to our customers in the cable and energy solutions industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee integrated planning, including demand forecasting, production load analysis, and capacity alignment.\nLead the S&OP process at plant level, coordinating inputs from Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics.\nEnsure material availability by managing procurement activities, stock levels, and supplier interactions.\nSupervise logistics operations, including warehouse flows, transport coordination, and drum/coil management.\nManage the order portfolio, ensuring accurate confirmations, timely deliveries, and high service performance (OTIF).\nDrive continuous improvement across supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence.\nCollaborate with Sales and Finance on credit-sensitive customers\nCollaborate with European Supply Chain teams on group initiatives.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong experience in planning, logistics, procurement, andS&OP within industrial or manufacturing environments.\nExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP/ARIBA is a plus.\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.\n10 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial environments.\nPreferable experience in manufacturing or companies with complex supply chains.\nLeadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.\nFluency in English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
