automation, and platform support.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.\n\n- Work with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.\n\n- Translate functional requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.\n\n- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.\n\n- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Notifications, and Scheduled Jobs.\n\n- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer automations.\n\n- Configure forms, fields, lists, views, tables, notifications, and access controls.\n\n- Develop reusable scripts and components following ServiceNow development best practices.\n\n- Work on ServiceNow application development and platform enhancements.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues and production incidents.\n\n- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.\n\n- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.\n\n- Work with Import Sets, Transform
