Workday Reporting : \n\n- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports based on business requirements.\n\n- Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and custom reports for HR and business analytics.\n\n- Create calculated fields, filters, prompts, report fields, and complex report logic.\n\n- Develop reports supporting HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and other Workday modules.\n\n- Analyze existing reports and recommend improvements for performance, usability, and data accuracy.\n\n- Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies.\n\n- Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.\n\n2.
