code quality and automation practices.\nWrite and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.\nWork with native build and release processes using tools such as Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio.\nSupport migrating or extending existing React web applications into React Native where needed.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.\n4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a React Native developer or in a similar mobile development role.\nStrong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with solid expertise in JavaScript and modern ES6+ syntax.\nStrong grasp of React.js fundamentals: components, props, state, hooks, and lifecycle concepts.\nStrong knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience turning wireframes into polished mobile screens.\nFamiliarity with state management approaches such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.\nExperience with native build tools such as Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, offline storage, and mobile performance optimization.\nExperience with automated testing suites such as Jest and Mocha.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nComfortable managing priorities and delivering to deadlines, attentive to detail, and keen to contribute as part of a collaborative team.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with native modules or bridging React Native with platform-specific code.\nExposure to app deployment for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\nFamiliarity with performance tuning, debugging tools, and resolving third-party dependency
