This role serves as the primary technical advisor throughout the pre-sales process, leading solution discovery, architecture design, technical presentations, and proposal development. The Solutions Architect is responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions while providing technical expertise that supports successful customer outcomes and drives business growth.\nResponsibilities\nLead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, and infrastructure challenges.\nDesign end-to-end infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal environments.\nPartner with the Sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including customer onboarding, solution scoping, RFP/RFI responses, and technical solution estimation.\nDeliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution overviews to customers and internal stakeholders.\nDevelop solution architecture documentation, technical diagrams, cost estimates, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to support customer proposals.\nCollaborate with Product Management by providing customer feedback and recommending enhancements that influence the product roadmap.\nCoordinate with vendors, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders to align hardware availability and deployment timelines.\nStay current on emerging infrastructure technologies, hosting platforms, cloud services, and industry trends.\nBuild trusted relationships with customers by serving as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales engagement.\nPartner closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and operationally feasible.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCustomer solutions consistently meet technical, operational, and business requirements.\nTechnical engagements contribute to successful sales outcomes and increased customer confidence.\nAccurate solution designs, pricing estimates, and TCO models support timely proposal delivery.\nCustomers view the Solutions Architect as a trusted technical advisor throughout the buying process.\nProduct Management receives actionable customer feedback that influences future product development.\nStrong collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations results in successful solution delivery.\nMultiple sales opportunities are effectively managed simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal environments.\nExperience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nStrong knowledge of networking, system architecture, and infrastructure technologies, including VLANs, RAID, CPU architecture, IP networking, IP routing, and BGP.\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA reference architectures and GPU infrastructure design, including GPU cluster networking and InfiniBand/NVLink technologies.\nAbility to design scalable, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.\nExperience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong presentation skills with customer-facing experience.\nExcellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across Sales, Engineering, Product, and customer teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple customer opportunities and competing priorities simultaneously.\nWillingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite engagements as needed.\nFluent in spoken and written English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing AI/ML infrastructure solutions using NVIDIA reference architectures, including DGX, HGX, and GPU cluster networking.\nPrevious experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar customer-facing technical consulting role.\nExperience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or related infrastructure engineering role.\nHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nExperience with enterprise bare-metal server hardware and hosting infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.\nExperience with scripting or automation languages.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another STEM-related field.\nWork Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
