Job Summary:

Alliance Group is seeking an entry-level, full-time Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Engineer / Draftsperson based in Essex Junction, VT to join our growing team.

In this dual role, you will support the design and development of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, while creating technical drawings and plans using CAD software. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a background in HVAC systems, engineering, or drafting who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic engineering team. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
