# Safety Manager

Job Summary: Alliance Group is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team and support the continued development of a strong, organization-wide safety culture. As Safety Manager, you are responsible for coordinating, administering, and continuously improving Alliance Group’s occupational health and safety program across all branches and job sites. This position plays a vital role in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and clients through effective safety reporting, regulatory compliance, employee training, and proactive risk management initiatives. Working collaboratively with Human Resources, operational leadership, project teams, and NexCore’s corporate safety team, the Safety Manager will drive consistent safety practices, provide ongoing field support, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organization.
