You’ll gain hands-on experience in accounting, office administration and people operations, all while working closely with passionate professionals who keep NEXEA running smoothly.\n\n🚀 What You’ll Be Doing\n\nHere’s what you’ll be involved in during your internship:\n\nSupport day-to-day accounting operations.\n\nAssist with accounts payable and receivable\n\nKeep files, records and shared documents organised, both physical and digital\n\nHandle mail, courier, office supplies and equipment, and help coordinate meetings and events\n\nSupport HR admin, including onboarding and offboarding paperwork, staff records, and leave and holiday trackers\n\nAssist with recruitment by posting job ads, screening applications and scheduling interviews\n\nHelp draft HR notices, offer letters and routine staff communications\n\nJump in on ad-hoc tasks to support the team whenever needed, you’ll never run out of learning opportunities!\n\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is proactive, passionate, and eager to learn.
