THE ROLE: IT Support Engineer We’re hiring at a pace that has made onboarding the biggest drain on our IT team’s week. Every new starter needs a working laptop, accounts, licences and access on day one, and right now that takes far longer than it should. We need someone to own it, alongside being the first point of contact for IT across our London and Marbella offices. This is a role for someone who takes pride in closing a ticket properly, keeps a clean record of who has access to what, and can explain a fix just as clearly to a new graduate as to our C-suite.
