If you want ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to one of the most consequential infrastructure shifts of the decade - this is the place.\nTHE ROLE: Strategic Finance / FP&A Manager\nNexGen Cloud's customer base and operations have grown to the point where Group planning and modelling can no longer sit on top of finance leadership's day job. We need someone to own the Group's integrated three-statement model across a multi-entity, multi-currency group, at the same time as we explore financing to fund our next stage of expansion.\nThis is a role for someone who wants to own the model the business actually plans against, not one component of someone else's. You'll be the most senior FP&A voice day to day, with full process ownership, direct line of sight to leadership and the Board, and no people-management overhead in the way.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nRather than a checklist, here's what success in this role actually looks like:\nOwn the Group's three-statement model and make it the single source of truth across every entity and currency\nRun budgeting, reforecasting and long-range planning end to end, without needing the process handed to you in pieces\nTurn monthly and quarterly performance into a clear narrative with recommendations that leadership and the Board can act on, not just variance tables\nBuild the modelling behind funding options, debt structure and strategic initiatives as NexGen considers financing for its expansion\nWork with budget holders across the business so plans reflect operational reality, and raise early warnings before targets slip\nStrip manual effort out of forecasting and reporting using Power BI, AI and digital tools\nABOUT YOU\nWe care more about how you think and work than a perfect CV.
