They help shape what comes next.\nYour Everyday at Nexi\nAs a Card Processing Operator, you’ll join our collaborative, quality-focused team in Zagreb and play an important part in producing secure, high-quality payment cards. Working together, we ensure that every card and PIN personalisation process is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.\nAbout Your Future Role\nIn this position, your primary responsibility will be to prepare finished products for distribution and, when required, operate card personalisation machines. As this role is based in a high-security area, you must handle security-sensitive materials responsibly and follow all established security procedures. Wearing a company-provided smock is mandatory, and shift work may be required. In this position, you will:\nPerform daily operational tasks in card/PIN personalisation processes\nContinuously monitor and control the quality of the production process\nCount finished products to determine if production orders are complete\nPrepare finished products for shipping and distribution\nTrack card and material stock\nMaintain machinery and the work area in a clean and orderly condition at all times\nAdhere to all safety regulations required in card personalisation.\nWhat We Value in You\nWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
