They help shape what comes next.\nYour Everyday at Nexi\nAs a Cybersecurity Manager you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Warsaw / Rzeszów / Poznań (hybrid model; after the first 3 months, remote work available 2 days per week)). As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the cybersecurity strategy for four companies within the Nexi Group in Poland, ensuring consistent security standards, regulatory compliance, and effective protection of information, business processes, and systems. You will work closely with the broader Nexi Group, lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, collaborate with executive boards, business and technology stakeholders, and support the organization in delivering strategic cybersecurity initiatives.\nAbout Your Future Role\nIn this position, you will:\nDevelop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy.\nFoster a strong security culture and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.\nLead and develop the Cybersecurity Department, including team capability development and oversight of strategic security initiatives.\nDefine and implement information security standards, policies, and procedures.\nOversee data protection and the security of information processing and storage.\nConduct cybersecurity risk assessments, identify threats, and define mitigation plans.\nCoordinate security reviews of systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.\nOversee application security and ensure the implementation of security-by-design principles.\nDevelop and maintain the security incident management and response process.\nCoordinate activities related to compliance with regulatory and industry requirements, particularly ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.\nCollaborate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and control functions.\nDevelop and implement Security Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.\nPartner with company boards and key business and technology stakeholders.\nMonitor technology trends, regulatory developments, and emerging threats, translating them into actionable improvements for the organization.\nWhat We Value in You\nWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
