They help shape what comes next.\nYour Everyday at Nexi\nAs a Commercial Project Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Warsaw or Rzeszów.\nAbout Your Future Role\nIn this position, you will:\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional projects from idea to implementation.\nPlan project timelines, identify risks, and manage dependencies between teams (Go-to-Market, Digital, Product, and Sales).\nLead regular project status meetings, including monitoring progress, identifying blockers, and agreeing on next steps with stakeholders.\nManage project scope, including defining expected outcomes, controlling scope changes, and ensuring that activities align with business priorities.\nPlan and coordinate the resources needed to deliver projects, taking into account team availability, dependencies between activities, and implementation timelines.\nManage projects end-to-end in Jira (creating programs, initiatives, and tasks, and keeping statuses up to date). The role requires the ability to write clear, detailed, and meaningful project descriptions.\nCo-Creating the Project Scope and Content\nActively participate in defining project scope by translating business needs into specific tasks.\nUse product knowledge from the Product, Sales, and GTM teams to translate technical features into business benefits within projects.\nInitiative and Process Improvement\nProactively identify communication and process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.\nProactively look for opportunities to connect omnichannel solutions across PeP and P24.\nInitiative, Project, and Program Mapping\nMaintain an overview of initiatives, projects, and programs, including their status and priorities.\nWhat We Value in You\nWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
