They help shape what comes next.\nYour Everyday at Nexi\nAs a Customer Operations Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Bratislava.\nAbout Your Future Role\nIn this position, you will:\nSupport the day-to-day operations of merchant acquiring and POS services across Central Europe, including direct merchant acquiring and fully outsourced POS services.\n Work with Product, Sales and other internal teams to improve existing services and support new business.\nProvide first- and second-level support to internal and external customers, helping resolve operational issues and escalating more complex cases to the right teams.\nMonitor service performance, investigate irregularities and help ensure services meet agreed specifications and service levels.\nSupport customer onboarding, service trials and launches, coordinating the setup and activities needed to move services into production.\nCoordinate the procurement, preparation and management of equipment and materials needed to deliver services.\nMaintain service databases and help prepare operational documentation, reports and statistics.\nInvestigate operational issues, respond to requests for information and provide input for service billing\n\nWhat We Value in You\nWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:\nEssential Qualifications:\nSecondary with school-leaving examination\nFollow-up/Higher Professional Education\nUniversity education (Bachelor's degree)\nBonus Skills:\nThis is a junior role.
