Within the team, you will be the go-to person for documentation and process organization. Your primary mission will be to gather the team’s knowledge, structure it, and transform it into clear, accessible, and easy-to-maintain procedures.\nAbout Your Future Role\nIn this position, you will:\nCreate, maintain, and update the team’s operational and technical documentation.\nFormalize procedures, work instructions, and user guides.\nDocument existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\nOrganize and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce).\nCollaborate with subject-matter experts to capture and structure their knowledge.\nProduce process diagrams, quick reference guides, and training materials.\nEnsure documentation remains up to date and easily accessible.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s working methods.\nSupport new employees through clear and well-structured documentation.\nWhat We Value in You\nWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
