You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities, contribute to meaningful HR activities, and have the opportunity tobring your own ideas to the table.\nWhat Will You Do\nAs our HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, working with both our local Norwegian organization and the broader Nordic HR team. Your responsibilities will include:\nPlan, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding sessions and Onboarding Days, helping us create a great start for our new colleagues.\n\nSupport the coordination or monthly union and quarterly AMU meetings, including data collection and material prepartion.\n\nSupport day-to-day peopletopics through preparation of materials, follow-ups, and other practical HR activities.\n\nWork hands-on with HR data and help compile reports, presentations, and key peoplemetrics.\n\nCollaborate with our Nordic HR colleagues on shared tasks, cross-country alignment, and process improvements.\n\nContribute to local employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and continuous improvement projects.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\nThis role could be a great match for you if:\nYou are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or another relevant field, ideally with 1-2 years remaining in your studies\n\nYou have a genuine interest in operational HR and Norwegian employment practices.\n\nYou are fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.\n\nYou are organized, curious, proactiveand you know how to get things done efficiently when it counts.\n\nYou are comfortable working with numbers and dataand you are curious about AI and other digital tools. You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nYou bring a positive, collaborative mindset and enjoy communicating with colleagues across various teams.\n\nYou don’t need to know everything about HR yet.
