You’ll work closely with colleagues in Finland while also gaining exposure to HR across our Nordic organization.\nThis isn’t a role where you’ll just observe from the sidelines. You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities, contribute to meaningful HR activities, and have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.\nWhat Will You Do\nAs our HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, working with both our local Finnish organization and the broader Nordic HR team. You will work on-site at our Helsinki Vallila office.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOnboarding & Employee Experience: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding sessions and Onboarding Days, helping us create a great start for our new colleagues. \n Local HR Support: Support the local HR topics, including collective agreement (TES) processes and local guidelines.\nOperational HR: Support day-to-day people topics through preparation of materials, follow-ups, presentations, and other practical HR activities. \nHR Data & Insights: Work hands-on with HR data and help compile reports, presentations, and key people metrics. \nNordic Collaboration: Collaborate with our Nordic HR colleagues on shared tasks, cross-country alignment, and process improvements. \nProjects & Employee Engagement: Contribute to local employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and continuous improvement projects.\nWho We Are Looking For\nThis role could be a great match for you if:\nYou are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or another relevant field, ideally with 1-2 years remaining in your studies\nYou have a genuine interest in operational HR and Finnish employment practices.\nYou are fluent in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.\nYou are organized, curious, proactive and you know how to get things done efficiently when it counts.\nYou are comfortable working with numbers and data and you are curious about AI and other digital tools. You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nYou bring a positive, collaborative mindset and enjoy communicating with colleagues across various teams.\nYou don’t need to know everything about HR yet.
