The team is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our offices across Poland, managing fleet services, administrative processes, document flow, and procurement activities.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic corporate environment while supporting key business operations.\nAbout Your Future Role\nIn this position, you will:\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and correspondence. \nSupport administrative operations across the organization.\nTravel to other company locations when needed, including occasional business trips of up to two weeks.\nCoordinate and process motor insurance and vehicle damage claims.\nOrganize vehicle servicing, inspections, and tire replacement schedules.\nProvide support for company fleet administration.\nWelcome and assist external visitors and guests.\nManage selected processes in the WEBCON system.\nMonitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.\nConduct inventories of office equipment and company assets in line with internal procedures.\nSupport document circulation and ensure proper record management.\nWhat We Value in You\nWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
