Performs all routine and special procedure X-Rays, as requested by Medical Staff\n2. Selects, positions and operates equipment as determined to be desirable for the examination(s) concerned; providing proper patient care\n3. Provides Holter and Event Loop Recorder Monitoring\n4. Assess the diagnostic quality of radiographic images and takes appropriate corrective action, as required. Records if a doctor is informed of pathology seen and if a STAT read has been requested\n5. Knowledgeable of and consistently make use of good radiation protection methods and techniques. Ensures adequate protection for his/herself, for client, and his/her family, and for the public (ALARA principle)\n6. Maintains X-ray and CR equipment in efficient operating condition, dealing with most minor breakdowns\n7. Records any and all problems with equipment\n8. Maintains cleanliness of assigned work area\n9. Day-to-day operation of the department (i.e., appointments and related office procedures; including shredding confidential files, preparing CDs, stocking appointment forms, holter forms, fax forms, etc.)\n10. Must actively participate in the departmental quality assurance program\n11. Responsible for working on a rotational basis or as scheduled on call in evenings, weekends and holidays.\n12. Performs other related duties as may be required by Administrator or his/her designate.\n13.
