You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, researchers, Product Owners, and key customers to define the next generation of reverse engineering tooling.\nThis role requires someone who combines:\nstrong product leadership,\ncredibility within highly technical cybersecurity environments,\nexceptional communication and stakeholder management skills,\nand the ability to operate effectively within a culture of deeply specialized engineers and researchers.\nYou will play a key role in modernizing and scaling the product organization while ensuring the company remains the global reference in reverse engineering.\nProduct Strategy & Vision\nDefine and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the product\nDrive product evolution around emerging industry needs, including AI-assisted reverse engineering and advanced binary analysis workflows.\nBalance innovation, customer expectations, technical feasibility, and business priorities.\nIdentify opportunities for growth, ecosystem expansion, and product differentiation.\nCollaborate closely with leadership on strategic product decisions and future market positioning.\nProduct Leadership\nLead and mentor the Product organization, including Product Owners and cross-functional collaboration.\nEstablish scalable product management processes, prioritization frameworks, and execution discipline.\nBuild alignment between Product, Research, Engineering, QA, and commercial stakeholders.\nCreate clarity and structure in a highly technical and intellectually demanding environment.\nFoster a product culture focused on impact, user value, and technical excellence.\nCustomer & Community Engagement\nEngage directly with security researchers, malware analysts, reverse engineers, and enterprise customers.\nGather feedback through interviews, conferences, direct exchanges, and community interactions.\nDevelop a deep understanding of user workflows, frustrations, and emerging technical challenges.\nRepresent the company within the global reverse engineering and cybersecurity ecosystem.\nTechnical Collaboration\nWork closely with world-class reverse engineering experts and researchers.\nTranslate highly technical discussions into actionable product decisions and priorities.\nContribute to strategic discussions around architecture, integrations, tooling, and ecosystem development.\nMaintain credibility with deeply technical internal and external stakeholders.\nThe Profile:\nExperience\n5 to 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, or equivalent strategic product roles.\nSignificant experience in cybersecurity environments is mandatory.\nStrong exposure to reverse engineering, malware analysis, forensic analysis, binary analysis, or adjacent security domains.\nExperience working with highly technical developer or research-oriented products.\nPrevious experience in offensive or defensive cybersecurity environments (“Red” or “Blue” teams) is highly valued.\nTechnical Understanding\nStrong understanding of reverse engineering concepts and binary analysis workflows.\nAbility to engage credibly with expert engineers and researchers.\nFamiliarity with the tools, methodologies, and mindset of advanced security practitioners.\nInterest in AI applications for cybersecurity and reverse engineering workflows.\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex human dynamics.\nAbility to lead highly specialized and sometimes unconventional technical teams.\nCombination of assertiveness, humility, and intellectual curiosity.\nExcellent prioritization and decision-making capabilities under
