team.\nThis opportunity is ideally suited to an IT professional with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, workplace IT and end-user support, who is ready to take on broader responsibilities in a professional and collaborative environment.\nYou will join an experienced Infrastructure & Operations team and play an important role in ensuring the smooth, secure and efficient operation of the organisation's internal IT infrastructure.\nYour Responsibilities\nIT Systems & Workplace Management\nManage and support the internal IT environment, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.\n\nAdminister Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online and other business applications.\n\nSupport Windows workstations and Linux devices.\n\nManage endpoint configuration, software deployment and device policies through Microsoft Intune.\n\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and workplace-related issues.\n\nSupport VPN access, meeting room technology and conferencing equipment.\n\nIdentity & Security Management\nAdminister Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\n\nManage user accounts, security groups, permissions and access rights.\n\nSupport onboarding, offboarding and changes in user access.\n\nContribute to IT security activities, including patch management, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation and backup procedures.\n\nHelp maintain a secure, stable and well-managed IT environment.\n\nIT Support & Operations\nAct as a point of contact for internal users, resolving incidents and service requests.\n\nTake ownership of technical issues and coordinate with colleagues or external providers when required.\n\nMaintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventories.\n\nParticipate in hardware and software lifecycle management, including procurement and licensing.\n\nCollaborate with external IT suppliers and service providers.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve internal IT processes and user experience.\n\nParticipate in infrastructure and workplace-related projects.\n\nContribute to automation, documentation and operational efficiency.\n\nWork closely with experienced colleagues to further develop your technical skills.\n\nYour Profile\nExperience & Background\nWe are specifically looking for a medior-level IT professional, rather than a junior profile or a highly specialised senior engineer.\nIdeally 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in IT system administration, internal IT or workplace infrastructure.\n\nA bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.\n\nProven hands-on experience supporting users and administering Microsoft-based IT environments.\n\nComfortable independently resolving common technical issues while collaborating with more experienced colleagues on complex challenges.\n\nInterested in developing broader infrastructure and systems expertise.\n\nTechnical Skills\nYou have practical experience with several of the following technologies:\nMicrosoft Windows and end-user computing.\n\nActive Directory and user administration.\n\nMicrosoft 365 / Office 365, including Teams.\n\nSharePoint Online administration.\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\n\nMicrosoft Intune or similar endpoint management solutions.\n\nIT service management, incident handling and troubleshooting.\n\nBasic networking concepts: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and DNS.\n\nThe following would be considered advantages:\nFamiliarity with Linux environments.\n\nExperience with IT asset and licence management.\n\nKnowledge of Jira, Confluence or Zendesk.\n\nMicrosoft or IT service management certifications.\n\nExposure to IT security best practices.\n\nPersonal Qualities\nYou enjoy combining
