The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-based applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure operational excellence in production environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# .NET/.NET Core.\n\n- Build and enhance REST APIs and gRPC services for distributed applications.\n\n- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures deployed on AWS.\n\n- Work with containerized applications using Amazon ECS/EKS and Docker.\n\n- Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing using SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.\n\n- Design and optimize database solutions across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Octopus Deploy.\n\n- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to on-call/support rotations.\n\n- Utilize observability tools such as Grafana Cloud, Coralogix, and PagerDuty for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.\n\n- Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and track deliverables through Jira.\n\n- Ensure software quality through best practices in OOP, SOLID principles, testing, and code maintainability.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n1. Must Have :\n\n- 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.\n\n- Strong proficiency in C# .NET / .NET Core.\n\n- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.\n\n- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and gRPC services.\n\n- Strong knowledge of one or more relational databases :\n\n1. SQL Server\n\n2. PostgreSQL\n\n3. MySQL\n\n- Experience with messaging/queuing platforms :\n\n1. RabbitMQ\n\n2. Kafka\n\n3. AWS SQS/SNS\n\n- Exposure to AWS cloud services and distributed systems.\n\n- Experience with Git-based source control platforms such as Bitbucket.\n\n- Familiarity with production support, troubleshooting, and observability practices.\n\n2.
