from discovery and definition through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.\nIdentify and drive high-value product opportunities, using customer insight, product data, market understanding, and Nexite’s unique real-time in-store data.\nTurn complex retail and operational challenges into simple, scalable, and highly actionable product experiences.\nWork directly with customers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand business processes, KPIs, decision-making, and unmet needs.\nDefine clear product priorities, requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps - and make strong trade-off decisions in a fast-moving environment.\nLead product discovery and experimentation around store optimization, merchandising performance, AI-driven recommendations, and retail execution.\nPartner closely with Engineering, Data, AI, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to drive products from concept to real-world impact.\nAct as a product leader across the organization, bringing strong customer perspective, product judgment, and clarity to strategic decisions.\nRequirements\n7+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful ownership of complex B2B products.\nProven ability to lead a product area end-to-end - from identifying the opportunity and shaping the strategy to execution, adoption, and business results.\nExperience building data-intensive, AI-driven, analytics, recommendation, or workflow products.\nStrong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex systems and workflows into intuitive user experiences.\nHighly analytical, with the ability to translate data, KPIs, and user behavior into product decisions.\nStrong customer orientation and the ability to uncover the real business problem behind customer requests.\nComfortable operating with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.\nA strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution -
