coaching, and career development.\n Coach managers on performance management and on setting development goals for their teams.\n Work with senior leaders on organizational development, team structure, and compensation topics.\n Diagnose organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction, and design practical approaches to improve them.\n Contribute to HR programs such as retention, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.\n Develop and run leadership and career development programs, including mentoring and coaching.\n Create training and development initiatives that support career mobility and job performance.\n Analyze HR data (compensation, headcount, turnover, performance, and training outcomes) and turn it into clear recommendations for leaders.\n Work with Development, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred).\n 4+ years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in at least two of: employee relations, talent management, learning and development, organizational development.\n Proven experience advising and coaching senior leaders and managers on people topics.\n Experience designing learning and development materials for different formats, and strong facilitation skills.\n Strong analytical skills: you turn HR metrics into insights and recommendations that drive decisions.\n Proficiency with HRIS and Learning Management Systems.\n Excellent spoken and written English, including strong writing skills.\n Strong program management and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.\n Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation, analysis, and everyday HR work.\n A proactive, strategic mindset, with a collaborative, patient, and positive approach.\n Experience with data
