The key focus is to prevent production downtime,maintaincompliance with safety and environmental standards, and support manufacturing operations with uninterrupted facility services.\nWhat youwill do\nIn charge of the daily facilities plant maintenance,eg, HVAC system, airblower ,vacuum pump, water pumps, exhaust fan, gasmixerand other plant facilitiesequipments.\n\nStandby for any major electrical breakdown\n\nReinstate the supply of all facilities services back to normal function\n\nTrouble shoot all facilities plantsmachineries\n\nOwnership assignment of facilities plantmachineries\n\nSupervise allcontractorwork to ensure all safetyprocedure isfollow\n\nSupervise all projects related to facilities to ensureworksdoneaccording tospecificationandschedule.\n\nTo support manufacturing in all facilities function.\n\nTo act as an implementer for all EHS relatedfunction.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of PM andcost savingactivities.\n\nTo ensurenon -interruption of utilities or facilities equipment in meeting total customer satisfaction and need of the whole plant.\n\nTo work effectively as a team with the shift Technician and all facilities staff members.\n\nTo be proactive in their shift routine work and beself empoweredto attend to crisis and make decisions.\n\nTo ensurenon -interruption of utilities and breakdown of support equipment affecting manufacturing lines.\n\nTo implement and execute energy saving projects effectivelyand timely.\n\nTake correctiveactionson facilities equipment breakdown, support system, electrical system, PA system, Clock system etc.\n\nEnsure standbygen -sets are checked fortnightly and service.\n\nInspect on a daily routine basis all HT transformers, switchboards, distributionpanelsand exhaustssystemareoperatingsatisfactorily.\n\nFire fightingdiesel sets are checked weekly and serviced quarterly.\n\nLog down abnormalities and daily work carried out by E mail and noted down meter readings intoequipmentschecklists.\n\nEnsure fire alarm panels, standbygen -sets,fire fightingdiesel engines, plant support equipment are in good operating condition.\n\nTest run standbygenset weekly.\n\nTest run fire sprinkler and hose reel pump weekly.\n\nOrder gases from supplier when necessary.\n\nChange over facilities high power consumptionequipmentsduring off peakhour.\n\nCoordinate plant shut down activities\n\nManagechargemanteam to meet KPI set byfacilityDepartment and routine maintenance activities.\n\nPrepareincidentreport.\n\nUpdate SOP and procedure.\n\nMaintain documentation and single linediagram.\n\nGenerate weeklyreportto Operation Manager.\n\nWhat you will need\nDiploma or equivalent qualification\n\nChargeman Certificate AO and above, recognized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga\n\nMinimum3yearsexperiencein similar capacity in the manufacturing industry.\n\nReady to work on-call basis.\n\nConversant in electrical actpertaining toarea of responsibility\n\nKnowledge in Plant Room Utilities, Industrial Engineering, Savings Project and Environment Health and Safety management system would beaddedadvantage.\n\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
