You will drive large-scale initiatives such as manufacturing transfers, capacity expansions, supply chain resilience programs, operational transformations, and ramp-ups, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable business results.\nWhat you will do\nLead the execution of Nexperia’s most critical transformation programs, predominantly in Back-End, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable business results.\nDrive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives including manufacturing transfers, capacity expansions, operational transformations, factory ramp-ups, and large-scale NPIs.\nStrengthen supply chain and manufacturing network resilience by addressing geopolitical risks, business continuity, and operational vulnerabilities.\nPartner closely with Back-End Operations, Supply Chain Management, External Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence and Business Groups.\nLead executive stakeholder alignment, governance, and decision-making to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and performance targets.\nBuild strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to support long-term operational growth and competitiveness.\nEstablish and implement a scalable program management framework that improves execution excellence and creates value across the organization.\nWhat you will need\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategy or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of experience as program leader in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, automotive, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related area.\nExperience with project management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable frameworks is required.\nProven experience in managing complex cross-functional programs, aligning diverse stakeholders, solving challenging problems, and driving execution in fast-paced global environments.\nProject and program management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma are considered an advantage\nWillingness to travel internationally if required to support transformation programs, manufacturing sites, and partner engagements.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. \nAbility to operate effectively in a global environment with multicultural teams. \nThis is what Nexperia offers:\nThis role gives you the opportunity to lead some of Nexperia's most visible and impactful transformation programs.
