You will act as a key consultant to designers, helping improve workflows and align solutions across teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nEvaluate the EDA tool landscape and identify solutions aligned with the design roadmap across business groups.\n\nAct as an EDA consultant, supporting stakeholders in defining and meeting their technical and roadmap requirements.\n\nProvide regional (APAC) support for EDA tools, including development, project setup, deployment, and maintenance.\n\nDevelop Python-based applications to support design flows, tool integration, and standalone solutions by using vibe coding (AI)\n\nCreate and implement EDA interface scripts to build efficient and scalable design flows.\n\nIdentify and implement alternative EDA tools that offer improved quality, cost efficiency, or better Time to Market.\n\nStandardize and scale successful solutions across multiple business groups.\n\nProvide technical support for models, DRCs, PDKs, TCAD, PCMs, and TOs, and quickly acquire new domain knowledge when required.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field.\n\n6+ years of relevant experience in EDA tools, semiconductor design environment, or related engineering domains\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, or TCL.\n\nUnderstanding of semiconductor design processes and design flows.\n\nKnowledge or affinity with TCAD, PDKs, and device modeling.\n\nExperience in data processing and analysis.\n\nOpen-minded, curious, and eager to explore new technologies and EDA innovations.\n\nSelf-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify challenges and proactively implement solutions.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a solid engineering mindset.\n\nPassion for improving tools, workflows, and overall engineering efficiency.\n\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
