You will collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\nTroubleshoot and resolve Wire Bond equipment issues to minimize downtime.\nDrive equipment reliability and preventive maintenance improvements.\nSupport equipment qualification, validation, installation, and production ramp activities.\nAnalyze OEE, yield, and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities.\nLead equipment optimization, productivity, and cost reduction projects.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.\nThis is you:\nEducation & Experience\nMust Have\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.\n\nMinimum 2-5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.\n\nExperience supporting Wire Bond equipment in a production environment.\n\nHard Skills\nMust Have\nWire Bond equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\n\nPreventive maintenance and equipment reliability improvement.\n\nEquipment qualification, validation, and production support.\n\nKnowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and Yield monitoring.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with ASM, K&S, Shinkawa, Hesse, or similar Wire Bond platforms.\n\nKnowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.\n\nExposure to automation, robotics, or factory integration systems.\n\nSoft Skills\nMust Have\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nNice to Have\nProject management skills.\n\nContinuous improvement mindset.\n\nCoaching or mentoring experience.\n\nThis is your department and colleagues:\nThe RTR Engineering team is responsible for improving equipment performance, reliability, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
