In this role, you will support process improvement initiatives, analyze production performance, shop floor layout design and help optimize manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical solutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.\n\nConduct time studies and work measurements to establish standard operating procedures and cycle times.\n\nCollect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\n\nAssist in production line balancing, layout improvements, and workflow optimization.\n\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and OEE.\n\nSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nAssist in investigating production issues and recommend corrective actions.\n\nPrepare reports, presentations, and process documentation.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to support daily production activities and improvement projects.\n\nParticipate in new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing improvement activities.\n\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n\n1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.\n\nBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with time studies, process mapping, and production analysis is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nEagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
