About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support process improvement initiatives, analyze production performance, shop floor layout design and help optimize manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement practical solutions. What You'll Do Support the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Conduct time studies and work measurements to establish standard operating procedures and cycle times. Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Assist in production line balancing, layout improvements, and workflow optimization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, cycle time, downtime, scrap rate, and OEE. Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
