In this role, you will act as the key interface between Nexperia Business Groups and the Cabuyao manufacturing site, ensuring the successful introduction of new products and process changes while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage Simple to Standard Track NPI projects in compliance with BCAMX, QCM, and ATCB Change Control requirements.\nCoordinate and collaborate with Business Groups, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Management teams to ensure successful project execution.\nDrive project milestones and ensure completion of required deliverables such as RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Reports, and Safe Launch activities.\nDeploy product and process changes into the production environment.\nPerform Safe Launch planning, deployment, and tracking activities.\nPlan and coordinate project resources and logistics requirements.\nConduct characterization of processes, materials, products, and manufacturing interactions as required.\nSupport yield improvement, package cost reduction, and cost savings initiatives through MVA/DVA implementation.\nProvide technical support and leadership to engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and on-time project delivery.\nGenerate project reports, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering.\n3 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing industry.\nBasic knowledge of Project Management fundamentals.\nKnowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM methodologies.\nProficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAS JMP and/or Minitab is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nFamiliar with Six Sigma and/or 8D problem-solving methodologies.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.\nCustomer-focused, innovative, and results-driven mindset.\nAble to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure.\nWilling to travel when required.\nDemonstrates Nexperia's core values: Passion, Professionalism, Perseverance, and Performance.\nWhy Work for Us:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for professional development and growth\nA commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being\nAn innovative and dynamic work environment\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
