Finance Master Data Analyst

About the role:

As a Finance Master Data Expert, you will serve as the global subject matter expert for Finance master data governance and management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of Finance master data, enabling efficient financial and operational processes across the organization. You will also drive master data improvements, governance initiatives, and migration projects while collaborating with global stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Develop and enhance the global Finance master data strategy in collaboration with Finance and Master Data teams.

• Lead Finance master data governance, improvement, and migration projects.

• Review and approve day-to-day Finance master data requests.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data quality and processes.

• Establish and maintain monitoring, reporting, and data quality metrics for Finance master data.

• Collaborate closely with global master data maintenance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in master data governance, maintenance, and migration.

• Strong expertise in Finance master data, including General Ledger (GL) Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Vendors, Customers, and Materials.

• Experience working with SAP Finance.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-cultural teams.
