You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global logistics partners to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and supply chain resilience.\nWhat You Will Do\nGlobal Sourcing & Procurement\nDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for warehousing, transportation, distribution, 3PL/4PL logistics, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage services.\n\nLead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations.\n\nNegotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), pricing structures, and supplier performance metrics.\n\nDrive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring service quality and business continuity.\n\nWarehouse & Distribution Optimization\nPartner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse footprint, inventory flow, distribution networks, and regional fulfillment strategies.\n\nSupport warehouse automation and digitalization initiatives.\n\nEnsure logistics capacity readiness to support business growth, demand fluctuations, and new product introductions.\n\nSupplier & Stakeholder Management\nManage strategic relationships with global logistics providers and warehouse service partners.\n\nConduct supplier performance reviews based on key metrics including:\nOn-time delivery performance\n\nInventory accuracy\n\nTransit lead time\n\nCost efficiency\n\nService reliability\n\nCollaborate with global teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Engineering.\n\nSemiconductor Supply Chain Support\nSupport semiconductor backend and wafer fab operations, including:\nAssembly and test facilities\n\nFront-end manufacturing sites\n\nSubcontractor (subcon) management\n\nFinished goods distribution\n\nCustomer fulfillment logistics\n\nEnsure compliance with handling and transportation requirements for sensitive semiconductor materials and products.\n\nDevelop risk mitigation strategies through dual sourcing and contingency planning.\n\nAnalytics & Continuous Improvement\nAnalyze logistics spend, freight trends, warehouse utilization, and supply chain performance data.\n\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.\n\nDrive logistics digitalization initiatives and reporting dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nProven experience in global logistics sourcing, warehouse management, distribution, or procurement roles.\n\nStrong experience managing 3PL/4PL providers, freight forwarders, and logistics service partners.\n\nExperience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization.\n\nUnderstanding of global supply chain operations and logistics networks.\n\nExperience supporting high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or similar industries is highly preferred.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost, operational, and supplier performance data.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with global teams across different regions and cultures.\n\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
