Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, you will be accountable for the performance of your area, providing clear leadership and acting as the main point of contact for operational and people-related matters.\nThis is a shift-based role working four nights on and four nights off, from 7pm to 7am.\nPlease note, we cannot support visa sponsorship for this role, only applicants with full right to work in the UK.\nWhat you will do\nAs Group Leader, you will lead and develop your team while ensuring production priorities are understood and delivered safely and effectively.
