Head of Product Line – Integrated

About the role

At Nexperia, we enable the essential electronics that power everyday life. As Head of Integrated Product Line, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of our integrated power portfolio.

This is a highly visible leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the product line, from identifying market opportunities and shaping product strategy through to business case approval, product development, launch, and lifecycle management. You will work across sales, marketing, R&D, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure our integrated power solutions address customer needs and deliver sustainable business growth.

You will combine strong market understanding, technical insight, and commercial acumen to translate customer requirements into successful products and portfolio investments.

What you will do

• Define and own the integrated product line strategy, roadmap, and long-term growth plans

• Identify market opportunities and develop business cases that support investment decisions

• Translate customer, market, and application requirements into product requirements and development priorities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through development, qualification, launch, and lifecycle management

• Drive stakeholder alignment across sales, marketing, R&D, operations, finance, and senior leadership

• Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies

• Support customer engagement activities, strategic design-ins, and key partnership opportunities

• Monitor product performance, including revenue, profitability, design wins, customer adoption, and market competitiveness

• Provide clear recommendations and business updates to senior leadership teams

• Drive continuous portfolio optimisation and long-term business growth

What you will need

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• 12+ years of experience within semiconductor, power electronics, or related technology industries

• Experience with integrated power products and applications

• Technical background in power semiconductors

• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and strategic customers globally

• Extensive experience in product management, product line leadership, business development, or semiconductor markets

• Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases

• Strong understanding of semiconductor markets, customer requirements, and competitive positioning

• Experience leading cross-functional product development and launch activities

• Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue planning, pricing, profitability, and investment prioritisation

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
