You enjoy working closely with technical and operational teams, translating complex financial information into valuable business decisions, and ensuring effective steering of investment activities.\nJoin us and help drive financially sound investment decisions that support our long-term growth and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and control capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) projects throughout their entire lifecycle.\nProvide variance analysis, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations in cooperation with project stakeholders.\nPrepare, review, and monitor investment requests, business cases, and financial justifications.\nCoordinate quarterly to annual investment planning, budget preparation, and forecasting activities.\nPerform monthly closing activities (e.g. accruals and actuals) related to investment projects and fixed asset accounting.\nMonitor project spending, cash flow development, and forecast accuracy.\nEnsure compliance and governance with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards (IFRS).\nSupport asset capitalization processes and maintain investment documentation.\nCreate regular management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial analyses.\nAct as a business partner for Technology, production, facility management, and other operational departments and business groups.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of investment controlling processes.\nUtilize SAP and advanced Excel for financial modelling and reporting.\nSupport global and local finance projects related to investment management and reporting\nYour Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.\nMin. 5 years of professional experience in project controlling, investment controlling, financial analysis, or related finance functions, depending on educational credentials\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and financial reporting.\nExcellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex financial relationships and translate data into business insights.\nExperience with CAPEX management and project-oriented cost controlling.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (or comparable ERP systems).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent written and spoken German and good English skills required.\nWhat we Offer\nChallenging and responsible tasks in an international high-technology environment.\nHigh level of autonomy and ownership within investment management processes.\nCollaborative and supportive team culture.\nFlexible working hours and possibility of overtime reduction to maintain a Work-Life-Balance\nUnlimited employment contract with a competitive salary and supplementary voluntary employee benefits\nA wide variety of training courses and career development options\nNumerous further benefits, such as retirement provisions, travel allowance for the public transport ticket, company events, sports and leisure activities, employee discounts and even more\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
