control, picking, packing, kitting, and shipping activities to meet business and customer requirements.\nEnsure timely and accurate execution of kitting operations by maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, and adherence to established work processes.\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff to achieve operational targets and foster a high-performance culture.\nManage workforce planning, manpower allocation, productivity, and employee performance to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.\nEstablish, monitor, and drive key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, kitting accuracy, productivity, service levels, safety, quality, and cost performance.\nAnalyse operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, or other best practices to enhance productivity, quality, inventory control, and operational effectiveness.\nCollaborate closely with Inbound Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, Production, Finance, System and Process, Engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless material flow and achievement of supply chain objectives.\nIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, health, safety, security, environmental, customer, regulatory, and ISO requirements applicable to warehouse and kitting operations.\nPromote a strong safety culture through employee engagement, safety programs, risk assessments, and corrective actions to maintain a safe and incident-free workplace.\nSupport internal and external audits, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and effective closure of audit findings.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement while developing organizational capabilities through training, coaching, and succession planning.\nWhat you will need\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Logistics Operations, or related fields.\nAt least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role managing logistics and operational teams.\nExperience in warehouse and transportation management, inventory control, and kitting operations within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.\nExperience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nKnowledge and experience in customs clearance process, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.\nUnderstanding of supply chain planning and material flow management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent), and WMS platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, and/or AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives, with the ability to leverage data analytics, automation, and digital technologies to enhance warehouse and kitting performance, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.\nExperience in leading process improvement projects and implementing data-driven solutions to
