Masteral / Doctorate is a plus. \nSix Sigma and/or Project Management certification is a plus. \nMinimum work experiences:\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. \nMinimum of 4 years supervisory level, with engineers as direct reports. \nMinimum of 4 years as experience as customer and/or manufacturing quality section. \nMinimum of 4 years experience in process engineering. NPI experience is a plus. \nSkills & Character sets:\nStrong proficiency in FMEA, SPC, process characterization, and data-driven problem-solving to ensure robust quality performance. \nResults-driven and innovative professional with demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. \nAnalytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving ability and risk-based thinking. \nFast learner who works effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision. \nProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
