Perform material dispositions to support the operation and minimize interruption to production and delivery.\nIdentify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and drive improvement with the respective sho.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure good attendance for the available headcount and schedule work arrangement to achieve KPI with good quality \nEnsure good people compliances in either quality or scrap or discipline. \nReview readiness of raw material and schedule the production runs to ensure no disruption due to material shortage issues \nCoordinate among process and equipment team to ensure good quality and equipment performances \nLead and drive FIF projects towards meeting quality goal with process team.
