You will translate business priorities, product strategies and market opportunities into integrated campaigns, high-quality content and impactful communication initiatives across multiple channels.\nYou will lead end-to-end campaign execution - from planning and messaging development to delivery, measurement and continuous optimization. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Applications, Regional Marketing Managers and Senior MarCom colleagues, you will ensure that communication activities are aligned, audience-focused and contribute directly to commercial success.\nIn this role, you will be recognized as a subject matter expert within your Business Group or site. You will advise stakeholders on messaging, content strategy, channel selection and campaign effectiveness, while leveraging AI-enabled communication tools and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and engagement.\nAlongside managing your own portfolio of projects, you will support junior team members through coaching, knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance.\nWhat you will do\nLead integrated marketing communication campaigns from planning through execution.\nDevelop compelling content tailored to multiple audiences and channels.\nDrive strategic event planning and execution.\nServe as the primary communications interface for designated Business Groups.\nDefine campaign objectives, messaging, tactics and measurement frameworks.\nAnalyze campaign and channel performance and provide actionable recommendations.\nManage communication plans for product introductions and strategic initiatives.\nApply AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and audience engagement.\nEnsure consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.\nWhat success looks like\nIntegrated campaigns delivered on time, within scope and achieving defined objectives.\nContent that is engaging, audience-focused and aligned with business priorities.\nStakeholders view Marketing Communications as a trusted strategic partner.\nCampaign performance is measured effectively, with insights driving continuous improvement.\nBusiness Groups receive proactive communications support that enables product and commercial success.\nMessaging remains consistent and compelling across channels and audiences.\nNew technologies, including AI-enabled communication tools, are leveraged to improve effectiveness and efficiency.\nWhat you will need\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications within an international B2B environment, preferably in technology or semiconductors.\nAdvanced copywriting and communication expertise.\nExperience with integrated campaign management.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled communication tools.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor markets and Nexperia products (or willingness to learn).\nStrong audience and persona development capabilities.\nExpertise in content strategy and content creation.\nA critical and creative approach to problem-solving.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.\nBusiness orientation and the ability to align communication with commercial priorities.\nA focus on delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.\nAbout the team\nJoin a fast-paced Marketing Communications team that shapes how our business is seen and experienced.
