The role includes network implementation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of networking solutions to support Nexperia's operational requirements.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nEnsure 24/7 network availability across the entire ATCB campus\nPlan, implement, and support network and computing infrastructure\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network services, equipment, and devices\nAnalyze and resolve connectivity issues involving workstations, industrial PCs, and network devices\nManage network equipment including Core Switches, Nexus Switches, PoE devices, wireless infrastructure, and firewalls\nMonitor network performance and implement performance optimization initiatives\nApply and maintain change management processes for production network equipment\nCoordinate with external vendors, service providers, and customers for issue resolution\nManage network assets, including move, add, change, and delete activities\nDesign, implement, and support network expansions and lifecycle renewals\nCollaborate with Network Architects to optimize network performance and reliability\nEnsure network security by establishing, enforcing, and monitoring access policies\nSupport structured cabling projects and infrastructure requirements as needed\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nMinimum of 3-5 years of IT networking experience in a multinational or semiconductor environment\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or higher\nStrong experience supporting Cisco networking platforms\nSolid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and protocols\nKnowledge of routing protocols, IP addressing, DHCP, NTP, IP Multicast, Access Control Lists (ACLs), VLANs, trunking, and link aggregation\nExperience managing Cisco networks and firewall solutions\nFamiliarity with network monitoring and analysis tools\nKnowledge of F5 Load Balancer administration is an advantage\nExperience supporting structured cabling projects\nUnderstanding of IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow\nITIL training or knowledge of ITIL best practices is an advantage\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools\nExperience with network monitoring tools such as Observium, Wireshark, MRTG, SolarWinds, or similar solutions\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders\nWHY WORK FOR US:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for professional development and growth\nA commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being\nAn innovative and dynamic work environment\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
