Graduated candidates or less experience on packing method design will be considered as well; on job training and professional skill development at assisting mentor of packing design experts will be offered to sustain customer ease of handling product packing methods in accordance with EIA or/and IEC Standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop packing method of new product creation project complying with Nexperia release requirements and quality aspects of customer applications in a timely manner.\nIdentify technical risks and provide mitigation proposals at the appropriate stage using proper design tools such as Design FMEA and Fitting Simulation Analysis.\nDrive sound and effective control methodology of project management if applicable.\nOwn material design change control of carrier tape, cover tape, PQ/SPQ label, inner box...MBB etc.\nEnsure packing material is effectively implemented throughout the entire development life cycle.\nWork with supplier quality and procurement to assess technology capabilities of suppliers.\nPerform expert/consultant and support engineering team to assess and validate continue improvement opportunities of customer’s change request/compliant.\nWhat You Will Need\nDegree in Engineering disciplines or Materials Science. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.\nTeamwork commitment with stakeholders of different packaging manufacturing function organizations at his/her career/expert development \nLogical mindset to look for facts/data judgement for technical/project blocking issues.\n1 or 2 years relevant experience at IC/Discrete development project; familiarizing product data management system of Nexperia is an advantage.\nGood command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.\nExperiences with design tools such as CAD, SolidWorks…etc are advantages but not mandatory. \nWillingness to travel occasionally.
