This role will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for procurement program execution, ensuring alignment between sourcing, suppliers, planning, engineering, manufacturing, and factory leadership teams.\nThe successful candidate will drive procurement governance, supplier coordination, production readiness tracking, and risk management to support increasing production volumes and business growth. This role is critical in ensuring supply continuity, execution visibility, and successful factory ramp-up within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement PMO & Governance\nLead and coordinate end-to-end procurement PMO activities across:BOM Materials\nEquipment & Spare Parts\nIndirect Materials & Services\n\nEstablish procurement governance, milestone tracking, issue management, and escalation processes\nMonitor procurement schedules, supplier commitments, delivery timelines, and factory readiness milestones\nMaintain procurement dashboards, risk registers, action trackers, and management reporting\nProvide execution visibility and decision-support reporting to factory and regional leadership teams\nSupplier & Sourcing Coordination\nCoordinate with sourcing teams, commodity managers, and suppliers to ensure material and equipment readiness\nTrack supplier performance and support recovery plans for critical delays or shortages\nProactively identify supply chain risks and drive mitigation actions\nEnsure supplier KPI compliance including:On-Time Delivery (OTD)\nLead Time Adherence\nService Responsiveness\nSupply Continuity\nQuality Performance\n\nSupport sourcing alignment with production ramp schedules and capacity expansion plans\nProduction Readiness & Cross-Functional Leadership\nWork closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams\nDrive cross-functional readiness reviews and execution tracking for factory ramp activities\nCoordinate escalation management and recovery actions for supply disruptions\nEnsure procurement readiness supports manufacturing output targets and customer commitments\nReporting & Executive Reviews\nPrepare weekly and monthly PMO reports covering:Procurement status\nDelivery performance\nSupply risks\nMitigation plans\nProduction readiness milestones\n\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, operational reviews, and executive updates\nSupport management decision-making through analytical reporting and execution tracking\nStrategic Sourcing Support\nSupport development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with:Product roadmap\nPackage roadmap\nCapacity expansion initiatives\nRegional manufacturing growth plans\n\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field\nExperience\nMinimum 10-15 years of experience in:Semiconductor manufacturing\nEMS manufacturing\nProcurement PMO\nSupply chain program management\nFactory ramp or manufacturing operations\n\nStrong understanding of semiconductor backend manufacturing environments\nExperience managing multiple procurement commodities and supplier networks\nExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations is preferred\nTechnical Skills\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems such as:SAP\nOracle\nAriba\n\nStrong project management and reporting capabilities\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting and dashboard preparation\nSoft Skills\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage escalations and drive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment\nKey Competencies\nProgram & Project Management\nProcurement & Strategic Sourcing\nSupplier Management\nProduction Readiness Planning\nRisk & Escalation Management\nMaterial Planning & Supply Continuity\nCross-Functional Coordination\nExecutive Dashboard Reporting\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
