Define and implement circuits and architectures for product development. Build systematic level behavior model and design whole chip at transistor level to meet part definition. Demonstrate technical and team leadership to drive product designs. Collaborate with technical leadership on the development of IP and front-end technology roadmap. Work and provide guidance to physical designers and monitor the progress of IC layout. Partner with business teams and product marketing teams to assist in developing design specifications. Collaborate with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production.\nFull time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of work experience.\nAlternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.\nOf the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:\nAnalog/Mixed Signal design; \nCadence tools, including Schematic Editor, ADE Assembler, Spectre, AMS, and Layout Suite for analog/mixed-signal IC design and simulation; \nTroubleshooting and fault analysis to complete IC design during product development; \nDefining product specification with product marketing team to ensure product performance.\nOf the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in system and application design.\nTelecommuting permitted up to two days per week.\nDomestic travel required up to 15%.\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
