Improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.\n\nMonitor entire FE LOH, RCA and investigation report in 8D format for any bad material that customer received.\n\nCreates DFMEA, PFMEA in Assembly and Test, OCAP, Work Instruction, SPC and Control Plan.\n\nCreate and revised line process documents and ensure implementation of all manufacturing control and procedures are well documented, align and religiously follow by all concern person in the specific process.\n\nConduct training and development of manufacturing processes and changes to all operators and technicians.\n\nHave hands-on knowledge for Plating, Mold, Trim Form, OS tester and singulation process and as well some level of knowledge in chemical and tooling.\n\nResponsible / support for the Capacity increase, package transfer and qualification of products within plant.\n\nResponsible in collaborating with Equipment Engineering to ensure all equipment are properly maintained and controls are implemented.\n\nResponsible for validating new products and processes and making sure metrics and indices are met for high volume production.\n\nPerform other related tasks which may be required from time to time.\n\nSKILLS /COMPETENCIES\n(Top 3-7 most important/critical competencies needed for the job both soft and hard skills):\nHard Competencies:\nAnalytical with risk-based thinking\n\nProblem-solving skills\n\nMS Office applications\n\nSoft Skills:\nFamiliarity with learning management systems and relevant quality standards i.e. IATF 16949\n\nResults-driven, creative, and innovative\n\nDemonstrates excellent team leadership.\n\nGood in communication and a team player.\n\nExperience in P/FMEA.\n\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS:\nDegree in Engineering.\n\nExperience in Line Maintenance and Process Engineering Management\n\nMin 7 years experience in semiconductors manufacturing environment, with good process knowledge.\n\nProven supervisory and technical skills\n\nDie Bond and Wire Bond Process Knowledge\n\nACCOUNTABILITIES:\nKPIs - Deliverables and Process:\nControl Plan Compliance\n\nHold Lot Rate\n\nAudit Findings - count & closure rate\n\nCustomer Complaints\n\nOEE/DEE and MTBA\n\nOutput (Deliverables):\nStable Process (Yield, Quality issues, Out of Control incidents)\n\nRisks are mitigated\n\nQuick risk scoping based online signals\n\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
