We are now looking for a UK based Principal Process Integration Engineer to join our team.\nWhat our Principal Process Integration Engineer will do\nReporting to the Senior Technical Manager, our Principal Process Integration Engineer will be joining a resourceful team responsible for developing the Trench MOSFET device/process for different voltage segments to deliver higher efficiency solutions for our customers.\nKey responsibilities will include\nDeveloping Technologies for 200mm & 300mm platforms and work with third party vendors/fabs.\nExecuting major process development or integration tasks and build up product and process integration knowledge.\nProject/sub-project leadership of process development or integration tasks on complex projects.\nSupporting qualification of new process and product developments which includes Substrate & Epi process.\nAble to plan and execute Design of Experiments.\nDelivering presentations with findings and conclusions.\nImplementing technical process development procedures and standards in projects.\nActing as technical mentor for less experienced team members.\nSupporting technical crisis management.
