What our Principal Process Integration Engineer will do Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, our Principal Process Integration Engineer will be joining a resourceful team responsible for developing the Trench MOSFET device/process for different voltage segments to deliver higher efficiency solutions for our customers. Key responsibilities will include Developing Technologies for 200mm & 300mm platforms and work with third party vendors/fabs. Executing major process development or integration tasks and build up product and process integration knowledge. Project/sub-project leadership of process development or integration tasks on complex projects. Supporting qualification of new process and product developments which includes Substrate & Epi process. Able to plan and execute Design of Experiments. Deliv
