This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the qualification and implementation of new TnF equipment, tooling, and metrology systems to support manufacturing requirements.\nDevelop, review, and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and engineering standards.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions for TnF-related customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.\nLead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives focused on productivity, quality enhancement, and operational excellence.\nProvide technical expertise and support for complex process challenges, equipment issues, and yield improvement activities.\nCollaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams to optimize process performance and ensure manufacturing readiness.\nAnalyze process data using statistical tools to identify trends, drive decision-making, and sustain process improvements.\nMentor and provide technical guidance to technicians and junior engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all engineering activities.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.\nAt least 8 years of experience in process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related industry.\nStrong expertise in TnF equipment, tooling mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.\nProficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab and other data-driven problem-solving methodologies.\nSolid knowledge of process qualification, equipment validation, FMEA, Control Plan development, and SPC methodologies.\nProven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nEffective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nDemonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.\nExperience in coaching, mentoring, and supervising technical personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhy Work for Us\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nOpportunities for professional development and growth\nA commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being\nAn innovative and dynamic work environment\nTalent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
